Geoff & Mary Norridge have been married for 40 years and have 5 sons and 9 grandchildren. In the early days of the charismatic renewal, they lived in community for 5 years, and that small group was part the beginning of OCC in the mid-70s.
Over 30 years in full-time pastoral work within OCC and beyond has seen them involved in church-planting and leading several congregations. Now they are engaged in a wider pastoral equipping and training ministry, including family life seminars, S&L pastoral training course and other pastoral initiatives. They frequently minister in India, Uganda and Poland.
