OCC and Christian Education

OCC has been pioneering in the field of Christian education since 1984, when we started The King's School in Witney, the first purpose-built school of its kind in the UK. The school is now well-established, operating both Primary and Senior sites, with excellent academic results. Stepping Stones acts as a feeder to The King's School (catering from infant to GCSE), but also welcomes children who may go on to other schools. OCC is also seeking to develop other pre-schools around Oxfordshire.
  Stepping Stones, also now based in Witney, has been running since 1992, with an excellent track-record and good OFSTED reviews. King's Kids, a new pre-school, was started in Didcot in January 2005.

What is Christian education?

Christian education is founded upon biblical principles and a God-centred worldview. The aim is to help each child know their value, to achieve academically to the level of his or her ability, to train each child in issues of character and to help equip them for life in every way.
