Welcome

You may be wondering why you can find Moreton-in-Marsh on the Oxfordshire Community Churches website, given that Moreton sits over the border in Gloucestershire. The reason is pretty simple, because God spoke clearly about spilling over the borders and going to Moreton-in-Marsh; and it is a fantastic place to be called to!

We are still very well connected with the church in Chipping Norton, but have been increasingly focussed on serving the town and building community.

The small team here has been working hard praying, building friendships with neighbours, getting stuck in at the local school, and running the mums & tots group. We have also been helping to run some street parties and have had a number of fantastic events; Summer BBQs, a fireworks party and ‘Carols in the Street’ at Christmas.
