• Vision is important. Without it we can go around aimlessly. A vision inspires, motivates and provides us with a sense of purpose & direction.
• It is important that as a Church, our worship does not stop on Sunday, but we continue to engage with the community where we live and work throughout the rest of the week!
• In North Witney we believe God has asked the church to be like a marquee.

"We are to be like a marquee... With the sides up!"

A marquee is not fixed but flexible. It can be expanded when necessary and can even have parts taken off and erected elsewhere. We believe God is asking us to be flexible, to take church (the people) into the community and not just expect people to come to us.   As for the sides being up, we clearly see this as there being no barriers between church and community. People flowing in and out. And this is what we actively encourage.
