Home / About Us / The Leadership Team
Oxford Community Church is led by a team of three elders, whose position as elders is a reflection of their spiritual standing amongst us, as ‘fathers’ in the church family. They are responsible for pastoral care, as well as the overall spiritual life and direction of the church, and meet together roughly once a month.
They are supported in their leadership by a wider leadership team made up of a further 13 men and women, many of whom have responsibility for particular areas of ministry.
