Our Vision

Our vision at Stepping Stones is simple - to help parents give their children the best start, to be a launch pad for life!

The start of any journey is really important. When rockets are launched into space, months of planning goes into making sure that the launch pad is set up and rocket aligned correctly.

Launching at the right angle sets the rocket on the right course for the whole journey. The Bible says something similar about how we help children as they grow up. Proverbs 22:6 says “Direct your children onto the right path, and when they are older, they will not leave it.”

Parents have an important job! So it’s great to know that there are places that can help. At Stepping Stones we want to help parents in setting their children on the right path for life.

We believe that our three key values will help children have the best start.

• Getting To Know God. We aim to help children understand that God made them and that he loves them.
• Loving Other People. We encourage children to learn to love others, knowing that God loves everyone.
• Growing Up in God’s World. Life is full of choices and consequences and we want children to learn to make good choices.
