Stepping Stones is an Early Years Foundation Stage Unit run by Oxfordshire Community Churches. It provides a Christian educational environment for children aged 2 to 5 years old.

Our aim is to provide your child with a high quality of care where they can grow personally, socially, emotionally, spiritually and developmentally. We seek to achieve all of the ‘Early Learning Goals’ defined by the government, in the context of a Biblically based Christian environment. We want to give children the best start to their school life!

We understand the importance of children’s development in these early years. We also understand that children can develop at different paces through those years. By taking children beyond pre-school and through to the end of the reception school year, we are also able to tailor our provision to best suit the development of your child.

Stepping Stones acts as a ‘feeder school’ for The King’s School, aiming to provide a smooth transition into ongoing education there. However, we also welcome children who will go on to other schools.
