The King’s School follows a curriculum that is broadly in line with the national curriculum, but taught from a clearly Christian perspective. The school is inspected by Bridge Schools Inspectorate and received a very positive report in its most recent inspection. This recently formed body inspects Independant Christian and Muslim schools which is overseen by OFSTED.

What Are the Academic Results Like?

We have been consistently encouraged over the years by GCSE results that are of a very high standard for a school that is not academically selective. Between 80 and 95% of students taking exams gain five or more GCSEs at grade C or higher (regional average of 55-65%) and 30-45% of the results are A or A*.more
