Fi Elbourn
Local artist Irene Tyack, visited the school in December to judge some artwork by Y6 pupils. Their paintings had been inspired by a visit to her studio, The Yellow Hat Tribe Gallery, near Burford.
Mrs Tyack was impressed by the outstanding skill and original ideas demonstrated by all the children who had painted their pictures on canvas using poster paints. After much deliberation, Mrs Tyack awarded first prize to Ruth and other prizes to Ciprian, Simon and Alisha.
