The Admissions Procedure It is important to us that from the outset, the partnership between parents and school is established. Our admissions procedure is intended to help that end. So the route to admissions is as follows:
Following an enquiry to the school, parents and child pay a brief visit to the school. Then a formal application is made, and the child is entered on the waiting list. The final stage of admission is the interview. The headteacher, the prospective class teacher and a leader of one of the community churches conduct the interview in your home. Particularly for younger children we want that occasion to be as easy as possible.
Where only limited places are available the school gives preference to: Parents of the community church; siblings of current pupils; pupils currently in education in another Christian school.
