We have been consistently encouraged over the years by GCSE results that are of a very high standard for a school that is not academically selective. Between 80 and 95% of students taking exams gain five or more GCSEs at grade C or higher (regional average of 55-65%) and 30-45% of the results are A or A*. The King’s School has also consistently gained GCSE results that place it in the top three non-selective schools (state or independent) in the county.
