Mike is an active member of Wantage Community Church where he and his wife Karen serve on the Connect team, the pastoral care and discipleship team and the community outreach team.
They were saved on an Alpha course run by the King's Church in Didcot in 2002. Mike recently retired from RM plc where he had been Finance Director for 20 years.
Mike and Karen have 4 children of their own, are foster carers for children aged 0-8 years and, together with other Christians, helped found and run Balsam Family Project, a charity to help vulnerable families." They live in a small village near Wantage and help lead a mid-week group with other Christians.
