Child Protection Awareness Training

As part of the Oxfordshire Community Churches child protection policy we hold Child Protection Awareness Training throughout the year.

Everyone who works with children or young people should attend this training every 3 years so they are refreshed and updated on any changes within the child protection policy for OCC.

All local child protection coordinators should encourage any workers who need training to attend the next session.

Useful documents in preparation for the training session are attached below and can be downloaded. Please note that the OCC application form only needs to be completed once when you start working with children whereas the CRB disclosure application form needs to completed every 3 years (CRB forms will be available at the training session).

For any queries, please email Eve Swanevelder at eves@occ.org.uk or call 01865 297413.

Travel & Parking Information

Please note that parking at The King's Centre is limited and the surrounding estate is not particularly suitable for 'dropping-off'. When travelling to the centre, please first consider other forms of transport such as the public buses, Park and Ride Service and train services. Each provides transport to within 10 minutes walk of the centre.
