France and Sunday!

Wow! It was great to have Duncan Smith with us for the men's weekend, and it's been great to hear people's feedback. I've never seen a speaker get such high scores on feedback forms, and the sense of pursuing God and encounter with him seemed another step up this year. If you made it - many thanks for coming along and being part of it, I hope it impacted you as much as it did me, if not more!

French flag on franceRight now I'm sat in a meeting in France as I write - it's a great delight to work with the churches we work with here, and to see how they have grown and developped over the years is a delight. The team is currently discussing the precise nature of administration - not my strong point so I'm staying quiet! Later today it will be a first gathering of the "north francophonia" group, which they've invited me be part of initiating and tomorrow will be gathering of those in leadership in northern France and Belgium. Come Holy Spirit!

Closer to home, I am excited, but also deeply away of the privilege of taking the lead of the team in South Oxfordshire. I have loved seeing how things have gathered and grown over the recent years. Please do pray for D and me as we seek to see the kingdom come, Jesus' presence, personality and power, more and more!
