Sunday Family Service | 1030-1200 | Queens Dyke School, Witney
This is our main time to all get together. We meet at Queens Dyke School for a time of singing, praying, sharing together, studying the Bible and working out how it practically relates to our lives today.
What happens?
1030-1050 - We spend the first 20 minutes all together, worshipping God.
1050-1200 - Then we split into our four groups (Adults, young people, children and creche) for more worship, teaching and a chance to share together.
1200 - At 1200 we all come back together for refreshments. Occasionally we all have lunch together after the Sunday morning service.
Adults
The adults usually spend some more time worshipping together, sharing life experiences and hearing someone share something from the bible. A lot of churches call this ‘preaching’ this is encouraging and resourcing us for life – helping us to live the lives that God wants us to live.
