The Area Leadership Team provides spiritual oversight of our ministry as a group of churches. It is made up of each of the church leaders as well as other ministries that work across our group of churches.

Steve Thomas leads the International team for the Salt & Light family of churches, and is also the overall apostolic leader of Oxfordshire Community Churches.
Mike & Liz Beaumont
Mike’s passion is communicating the truths of the Bible! He serves as the Bible Teacher on our Apostolic Team. He preaches in our local OCC congregations and helps equip others to preach too.more
Steve & Tammi Beegoo
Steve and Tammi Beegoo lead Bicester Community Church. They have two girls, and have been leading the church since 2004. Steve is also a part time teacher and is chair of governors for The King's School, Witney.more
Chipper & Anna Betts
Chipper and Anna have recently moved to The Leys to take over leadership from the Colbrooks, having lived in Walsall for many years. They have four children, aged between 10 and 21!
As well as leading the Leys, they are involved in running youth work across OCC.
