The churches and church plants that make up Oxfordshire Community Churches have chosen to work together out of relationship for increased effectiveness. That means that we run a number of events, initiatives and projects together.
The Area Leadership Team is the overall leadership team for OCC and comprises the Community Heads of all the churches, plus the Apostolic Ministry Team (AMT), plus those who lead different areas of church life.
Area Leadership Team (ALT)
The Area Leadership Team provides spiritual oversight of our ministry as a group of churches. It is made up of each of the church leaders as well as other ministries that work across our group of churches.
Apostolic Ministry Team (AMT)
The Apostolic Ministries Team work across our group of churches, and also nationally and internationally, providing specific ministry input into different situations. They are also part of the Area Leadership Team, overseeing the ministry of our group of churches.
Trustees
The trustees of Oxfordshire Community Churches hold the legal responsibility for the charity. They work closely with the Area Leadership Team to ensure that the vision of our group of churches is carried out in compliance with all legal requirements and good practice.
