Curious about faith? Join us as we start a series of group conversations that freely explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open, friendly environment. At each Alpha session, you'll be hosted in a small group and watch an episode on a different question of faith - then you have a chance to share your thoughts and hear what others think. You can say anything you like, or nothing at all.

Everyone's welcome. You're invited, no matter your background or beliefs. It's free and there's no pressure to come back.

We’re delighted to welcome Ben Armstrong, Overseer of Prophetic Ministry at Bethel Church (Redding, USA). Ben is gifted prophetically, including in the area of dreams, and has a passion to see people equipped and released in the prophetic. At Bethel he has been an instrumental part in the development of a culture which seeks to be sensitive to God’s voice at all times, and in seeing many people not only start in the prophetic but grow into prophetic leaders in their own right.

Ben is brilliant at helping people to hear God more – whether that’s a first prophetic word, stepping into greater depth or accuracy of the prophetic, or interpreting dreams. On Saturday the 8th, we are delighted to host a day designed to help people grow in these areas, in an atmosphere of powerful worship.

Ben will be in Oxfordshire, at the invitation of Oxford Community Church, for a series of events ministering to leaders and prophetic people, in the city, in our churches and beyond.

Because this is part of a weekend of events, this Celebration is a morning only, although feel free to bring a packed lunch to eat together after the service.

Ben is also passionate about prayer and about seeing each of us reach our full potential as influencers. Over Monday 10 and Tuesday 11 June we will be hosting a 2 day conference to help you grow in your influence. This will include prophetic growth, but will also touch on the importance of flowing from heaven to earth, being strategic, leading your church into prophetic culture, bringing a prophetic culture beyond the church, and more! Whatever your previous experience of prophetic ministry, Ben will help you move forward.

Together with the other Salt & Light Advance Churches, we are joining Wildfires over August bank holiday weekend 23-26 August 2024, at Wiston Estate!

Wildfires 2024 is going to work really well for S&L Advance churches and people - to help us build identity, unity and vision for what God is doing among us. We will be planning a programme of village events to complement the wider programme.
